Tax & Service Charges

Room rates are nightly, subject to 12% tax. Rates and state and local taxes are subject to change without notice.

Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m.  Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.

Housekeeper is obligated to conduct a room inspection following checkout to ensure that rooms follow hotel standards. If the room is left in an unacceptable condition, guests may be subject to $100 cleaning fee.

Visitors Policy

Guests are responsible for the visitors who are not guests of the hotel.

A1A Ocean Club is not allowing any visitors in the guest rooms and on the property due to security reasons.

All A1A Ocean Club guests are required to give a 24 hour notice prior to arrival if they are expecting a visitor. Violators of this policy will be subject to non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax.

 Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities

Event Policy

A1A Ocean Club

Is to rent rooms to visiting travelers for the purpose of temporary lodging. 

 At A1A Ocean Club 

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. 

IT IS NOT TO PROVIDE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PARTIES. 

It is our goal to provide a safe , quiet , and  pleasant lodging experience for all our guests. 

We Do Not Accept Reservations on the premises for parties any kind ,including, but not limited to:

-Birthday Parties;

-Slumber Parties;

-Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties;

-Anniversary Parties;

-Family Gatherings;

-Wedding Parties;

This is policy concerting these types of parties:

-Rent room only to person 21 years of age older. 

-Valid ID required. 

-All rooms are required to be secured by a valid credit card. 

-All noise complaints will be investigated. 

-Upon check-out your room will be inspected by management for any signs of a party ( Glitter, balloons ,or any other party decor)

-Number of guests in the room is more than the allowed number ( One bed-maximum 2 people)

-Any non-registered guests on the property after 11pm. 

A1A Ocean Club reserves the right to:

-Request picture identification of all guests and they must be registered at check-in;

-At the Manager of Duty’s discretion ,the hotel staff may enter all rooms;

-Charge the credit card of any damages;

-Notify the Police Department;

Any violations of the above state policies may result in a fine up to $500.  

Early Arrivals & Late Departures

If you plan to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room or suite until you depart. Should your room not be available upon arrival, we will be glad to store your luggage so you may enjoy all hotel amenities.

Room Payment 

Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid credit card and government issued photo ID. The name on the credit card and ID must match the name on the room reservation.

Minimum Age Requirement 

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in to the hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Children must be supervised. 

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with an additional charge for the pet. One-time fee of $99 per stay . Other fees may apply depending on room condition upon check-out.

No more than one (1) pet of up 40 Pounds may occupy each guest room.

All A1A Ocean Club guests are required to give a 24 hour notice prior to arrival if they are expecting to bring pets. Violators of this policy will be subject to non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax.

Pet-friendly rooms are limited and are subject to availability.

Pets / service animals must be kept on a leash at all times in all Hotel premises.

Pets / service animals must not be left alone in the room with no supervision.

Due to Florida state laws, the service or assistance animals are allowed on the premises and may not be denied access to. Per A1A Ocean Club policies, guests are required to provide documentation for the service animals prior to arrival to avoid the pet fee.

According to ADA rules and regulations, the hotel may exclude any animal, including a service animal, from the facility when that animal’s behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

ESA, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Therefore, these animals are subject to regular pet fee.

Smoking Policy

A1A Ocean Club is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property. 

For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.

Please note that a cleaning fee of USD 250.00 applies if found smoking in the room

Guest Parking

Complimentary self-parking is available for hotel guests.

Deposit Information

A one-night room deposit including tax will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival. Upon check in guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations. Deposit is not refundable .       

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed reservations not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will be the responsibility of the traveler. Please provide notice of cancellation  to avoid a penalty of one night’s room price + tax. If there is no valid contact information provided by the guest, and the management cannot reach the guest, the reservation will be canceled 2 days prior to check in.

Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their pets/service animals, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Any misplaced items from the room are subject to charge to the room from which it was misplaced.

Additional Information

No sand in the showers or bathtubs. Guests must use the outside shower to rinse off prior to entering the room.

Hotel is not responsible for misuse of deck stairs or use of the deck stairs. Use deck at your own risk.

If you would like to take our quality A1A Ocean Club towels home with you, you may purchase them.

Do Not Disturb Policy

The hotel reserves the right to enter guests’ rooms at any time to maintain the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.  

Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the A1A Ocean Club’s other guests and hotel management. If hotel management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down.

Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave A1A Ocean Club, no refund will be given and may be subject to a $250 fee.
