Room rates are nightly, subject to 12% tax. Rates and state and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
After 4 PM
Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
Housekeeper is obligated to conduct a room inspection following checkout to ensure that rooms follow hotel standards. If the room is left in an unacceptable condition, guests may be subject to $100 cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for the visitors who are not guests of the hotel.
A1A Ocean Club is not allowing any visitors in the guest rooms and on the property due to security reasons.
All A1A Ocean Club guests are required to give a 24 hour notice prior to arrival if they are expecting a visitor. Violators of this policy will be subject to non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax.
Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities
Early Arrivals & Late Departures
If you plan to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room or suite until you depart. Should your room not be available upon arrival, we will be glad to store your luggage so you may enjoy all hotel amenities.
Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid credit card and government issued photo ID. The name on the credit card and ID must match the name on the room reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in to the hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Children must be supervised.
Pet are allowed with an additional charge for the pet. One-time fee of $59 per pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and are subject to availability.

A1A Ocean Club is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.
For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.
The hotel will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest’s card before or after check-out.
Complimentary self-parking is available for hotel guests.
A one-night room deposit including tax will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival. Upon check in guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations. Deposit is not refundable .
All confirmed reservations not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will be the responsibility of the traveler. Please provide notice of cancellation to avoid a penalty of one night’s room price + tax. If there is no valid contact information provided by the guest, and the management cannot reach the guest, the reservation will be canceled 2 days prior to check in.
Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Any misplaced items from the room are subject to charge to the room from which it was misplaced.
No sand in the showers or bathtubs. Guests must use the outside shower to rinse off prior to entering the room.
Hotel is not responsible for misuse of deck stairs or use of the deck stairs. Use deck at your own risk.
If you would like to take our quality A1A Ocean Club towels home with you, you may purchase them.
Do Not Disturb Policy
The hotel reserves the right to enter guests’ rooms at any time to maintain the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.
Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the A1A Ocean Club’s other guests and hotel management. If hotel management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down.
Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave A1A Ocean Club, no refund will be given and may be subject to a $250 fee.
